(Scindapsus aureus/Epipremnum aureum) Native to tropical Asia
This sturdy climber can be grown in low light or moderate
light or bright light (where it flourishes!). In
any light, its soil must dry out between thorough soaking
waterings. It prefers high humidity & warmth. It can eventually
attain a height of six feet. Fertilize in the spring & summer
months (March through October) when plant is actively growing.
Propagate with stem cuttings taken in the spring. "Pothos" is one of the best of those plants clinically
proven to purify indoor air! |
