Variegated "Chinese Evergreen" (Aglaonema) Native to tropical & subtropical Southeast Asia & the Philippine Islands An excellent choice for low light, but it can also be grown in moderate light or bright light that will enhance the colors/patterns in its leaves. It tolerates low humidity extremely well. In any light, its soil must dry out between thorough soaking watering. Fertilize in spring & summer months (March through October) when plant is actively growing. Propagate with stem cuttings taken in the spring. This is an extremely sturdy & reliable houseplant.
